Company Registration

If you need to start a company, we can assist you with the registration with CIPC. We help you prepare your memorandum of incorporation (MOI), Notice of incorporation (NOI) and file for you with the Commissioner. So let us do your registrations at reasonable prices. Accounting Services

Annual financial statements need to be prepared for all types of entities. Typical users of financial statements include the shareholders, financial institutions and the South African Revenue Services. Taxation

Tax Compliance Pin/Tax Clearance

A Tax Clearance Certificate is applied for in order to validate your status as a taxpayer. A Tax Clearance Certificate may be required for: Tenders - when applying for a tender or bid advertised, Good standing - to confirm that the applicant is tax compliant, Foreign investment allowance (FIA), Emigration.

A Tax Clearance Certificate will only be issued by SARS and it is only valid for one year from the date of issue in respect of a tender and/or good standing, provided the taxpayer remains compliant with SARS requirements.

PAYE Registration

Registering as an Employer:
Company owners with employees and employees alike are responsible for making sure all Pay as you earn tax is paid up correctly. According to law, an employer must apply for registration with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) within 21 days after becoming an employer, unless none of the employees are liable for normal tax. Application to register as an employer for Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE), Skills Development Levy (SDL) and Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) must be made.
